· Four (4) years as Assistant / Food & Beverage Manager with Restaurant and Bar Management progression.
· Good communication skills both verbal and written

· Track record in training through high ratings for customer service
· A proven success in F&B marketing and revenue development
· A proven success in F&B cost control
· Worked with an Executive Chef
· Willingness to develop career with HPL

· Graduate in HR Management with at least 3 years of HR generalist experience in talent management; recruitment, performance management,
compensation and benefit, employee relations issues, training and development needs.

· Familiar with Fidelio or other hotel computer system
· Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
· Has good knowledge of Laundry Operations
