www.grandmirage.com ….. the playful side of paradise   ARE YOU READY FOR A NEW CHALLENGE IN BALI   "DIRECTOR OF SALES "   ·         Reporting to the General Manager ·         Minimum 3 years of experience holding DOS position in a 5* hotel. ·         We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and energetic associate with strong communication skills and managerial abilities to lead our young S&M team. ·         The candidate must be familiar with all Asia Pacific markets including Domestic market. ·         Monthly sales reports, preparation of Hotel Business Plan and Sales Revenue Plan is a must for the potential candidate. ·         Knowledgeable  on Yield Management and Ecommerce, need to adapt to an environment focus on Revenue Management and increase of TrevPar. ·         The candidate must fully understand the importance of growth on Ecommerce and how to develop this distribution channel. ·         MICE background recommended. ·         Master in English and able to speak a second language is recommended.
