We are looking staff qualified candidate as :

1 .Head Chef

2 .Sous Chef

2 .CDP

3 .Cook

The successful candidate should have the following experience and qualities:

HEAD CHEF:

 

·         Head chef required to assist (Ex pat) Exec chef in charge of F&B(1)

·         MUST HAVE Good culinary background in Balinese and Western style cuisines to a  5* standard (a minimum of 3 - 5years)(1)

·         Excellent spoken and written English(1)

·         A passion for food and cooking(1)

·         Good leadership skills(1)

·         Strong ability to maintain cost and consistency and quality of product on a day to day basis(1,2,3)

COOk :

- fresh graduated or 1 year experience in similar position
- good grooming,good looking
- good english verbal or written
- good team work
