3. COOK DIM SUM & BARBEQUE (Chinese)

    1 year in the same position.

4. CHINESE CHEF SECRETARY

    Strong in admin and fluent in Mandarin Speaking.

5. TRAINING MANAGER

    Minimal 2 years in the same position at 4 or 5 star International chain hotel.
