With Qualification :
University / Diploma education background with good attitude and pleasant personality. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same or lower position in an International star rated hotel
Possesses strong leadership and good communication skill, strong experience in IT matters, Familiar with Hotel System (Opera PMS, Micros 3700, MC and SUN system), strong experience in networking (Mikrotik and CISCO/Linksys environment) and internet matter, great people skills and can work in a small team hands on
Fluent written and spoken English, strong leadership skill and excellent knowledge on the position offered, customer service orientation, trustworthy and endures under work-pressure
Technical background, able to handle internal & external queries and complaint
