3. Experience min. 1 year
4. Excellent telephone manners
5. Switchboard experience
6. Use of photocopier, scanner and fax machine
7. Flexibility with work time
8. Good stress and anger management ability
9. Fully knowledge of Microsoft Office
10. Good speak and write English, other language is advantage
11. Able to join soon
