Reservation Qualifications: - Male or Female  - Diploma II Tourism/English major  - Has experience in the same position minimum 1-2 years  - Fluently in speaking and writing English (Correspondence)    - Able to operate computer (Excel, Word, Email)  - Well known about Online agent and VHP system  - Loyal, honest and able to work in under pressure  2.
