SPA MANAGER FOR THALASSO BALI

 

Requirement qualifications:

·         In charge of day to day operations of health and beauty treatm    ents

·         In charge of managing and coordinate the sales activities for spa (contracting, searching for the new markets with tour operators and local agents, group quotation, promotional campaign and in house promotion)

·         Minimum experience of 3 years as Spa Manager in Spa with minimum capacity of 10 rooms

·         Fluent in Bahasa, English and other language is to be desirable (Russia, Japanese)

·         Strong managerial skills to lead a team of 40 staff (Housekeeping, Therapist, Engineering, Front Office) and set up training on up selling technique as well as hiring and training new staff

·          Wide knowledge about dry and wet treatments

·         The candidate must have strong customer service culture to provide the best experience to our guest
