Kupu Kupu Resorts is looking for a Sales Manager for its luxury spas (M/F, max 35 years old). The group has two reputed spas (Bamboo Spa by L'Occitane & Mango Tree Spa by L'Occitane).
Based in Jimbaran or Ubud.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Develops new prospects
2) Converts prospects to new clients and maintains relationships with clients in order to generate more sales.
3) Serves as the property expert and partners with new contacts, keeping the ultimate goal of customer satisfaction a priority.
4) Represents and promotes the spa within the business and hospitality communities.
5) Primary focus is the development of sales.
Qualifications:
1) At least 3 years previous sales experienced required in hospitality industry
2) Experience of working in a luxury spa strongly preferred
3) Must possess negotiation skills and strong customer relations skills
4) The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
5) Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
