Cruise Director Qualifications:
-Dive Master (preferred) or Dive Instructor (PADI / NAUI)
-First Aid and CPR qualified
-Minimum 5 years hospitality experience with at least 2 years management
and cruise or live-a-board experience
-Strong knowledge of dives sites in East Indonesia
-Able to demonstrates leadership skills, strong communication and
organisational skills
-Able to make decisions and solve problems in pressure situations
-Fluency in English is essential and Bahasa Indonesia language skills
advantageous
