1.   Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM)

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial activities (Events and Wedding Sales)

Compile and execute sales and marketing plan

Propose sales and marketing budget

Carry out business development activities

 

General Requirements:

Strong leadership and business development capability

Strategic and operational competency

Proven senior sales management experience (min3 to 5 years)

Indonesia, impeccable written and oral English

 

2.   Engineer (for Kitchen Equipment Maintenance)

 

General Requirements:

Have a strong background in kitchen equipment

Minimum 2 year experience in the same position

Strong motivation and willing to work as a team player or individual

High Responsibility, diligent and willing to learn.

 

3.   Chef De Parties (Pastry)

 

General Requirement:

Having certificate of HCCP

Minimum 3 years experience in five stars hotel.

Excellent communication skills and strong orientation.

Good command of English in both spoken and written.

 

4.   Wedding Sales Manager

5.   Corporate / MICE Sales Manager

6.   Catering Sales Manager 

 

Responsibilities:

Drive revenue through various channels

Liaise with internal and external parties to develop and market products

Proactive to explore new market segment

 

General Requirements:

Independent, results-driven and resourceful

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience

University degree educated

Indonesia, impeccable written and oral English

 

7.   Bar and Restaurant Manager

 

General Requirements:

Hands on, visible management style, good relationship building skills

Out-going, pleasant personality, mature, enthusiastic and genuine with immaculate presentation

Graduated from hotel school with at least 3 years experience in senior Food & Beverage management position

Excellent command of English in both written & spoken

Detailed oriented with a strong focus on guests satisfaction

Sales & Marketing and results driven
